Most people can and already do navigate in some way. Even if you think you can’t!

We take what you already have and build on it, giving you the skills and confidence to “stay found”. Like any skill it takes practise and sticks better if we’re enjoying it. So we make sure there’s plenty of fun, varied ways to hone your skills. 
​
From complete beginners to people working towards qualifications such as ML to adventure racers looking for an edge.

We run a number of Mountain Training accredited awards through the year..

Hill skills: for people wanting to get the basics to give them the confidence to get out in the hills.

 

Mountain skills: for people who want to build their skills to be confiddent away from marked paths and on steeper ground,


Lowland Leader: for people who want to lead groups in lowland terrain.

If you know exactly where you want to go, or don’t have a clue but know that you want to go, we can join you and make it happen. We can manage logistics and navigation leaving you free to fully connect with and enjoy your day. Or you can get stuck into the planning and practicalities with our safety net and enthusiasm to spur you on.

Journeys and Expeditions

Mountain and hill days of all levels. We can do UK classics and hidden gems. Local knowledge gets you to the hidden in plain sight places and adds interest as you hear the stories of the places you’re moving through.

 

Expeditions give us chance to see the world from a whole new perspective.​. Watching the world wake up from a high camp. Letting our sense tune in to the subtle clues of the land practising night navigation. Enjoying a longer journey than fits in a day, carrying the most important things and nothing else, is a joy. And one we love to share!

Wellness Walks

​

We're proud to have been involved with Wellness Walks from the very beginning. 

Offering free local walks for anyone struggling with poor mental health or who simply recognises the benifits of time outside, gentle movement, with good people can have. Delivered by trained volunteer leaders in your local area. 

​

As well as subsidised skills courses to give people the confidence and skills to get outside independently.
